OOC PREFERENCES:
•CONTACT METHOD: @anstaar on plurk, PM, email
•THREAD-JACKING: No problem
•FOURTH WALLING / CANON PUNCTURE: If anyone would be likely to recognize the canon, sure, it wouldn't particularly bother him. Mainly as he wouldn't really understand or believe a word.
•BACKTAGGING: Always
•AVOIDED TOPICS: Nothing really
•PREFERRED GENDER PRONOUN: She/her
IC CHARACTERISTICS:
•CURRENT CANON POINT: At the end of The Hallowed Hunt
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: An intense stare; a slightly crooked back; a generally formal manner of speaking with an accent that's probably unfamiliar to most but slightly reminiscent of medieval Germanic languages; for those with a more than human sense of smell, he might smell slightly like horses; usually dressed in the fashion of the nobles of his people, again a little reminiscent of medieval European styles
•DEMEANOR: Due to his slightly composite nature, Horseriver can switch moods quite rapidly. However, for the most part he greats the world with the appearance of cool, detached irony. Combined with courtly, and cold, manners.
•ABILITIES: He has centuries worth of experience in many fields, mostly related to fighting, though his body can't always match he knowledge. He also has equally extensive practice with politics and statecraft. He knows quite a bit of magic, most of which can't be accessed on the Barge.
•MEDICAL INFORMATION: Mostly normal for a human male of about thirty who was raised in a privileged class of pre-Industrial world. His back is slightly crooked and any brain scan would produce some very strange readings.
•CABIN INFORMATION: Solid wood door. His stiff, formal bedroom from his mostly unused city residence.
•OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: It's hard to tell what subjects he finds offensive (or might find offensive at that moment) through the appearance of indifference; but comments on his magic, the Gods, and history have a chance of offending him - with a difference chance of him showing it.
IC PERMISSIONS:
•MENTAL: Yes, but when it comes to telepathy they might not want to. Horseriver's head is really not a pleasant place and he has a lot of experience at fighting off mental intrusions.
•MIMICRY: Sure
•VIOLENCE: Definitely, he's generally not easy to provoke, though at the same time he's used to swords being a reasonable thing to turn to in discussion.
•MAGIC: Definitely
•DEBATE: Yes, he might not respond or he might get overly intense
•OTHER / NOTES: If your character can see souls, they're going to see an awful mess
