Power Permissions

Odd has returned some of Horseriver's abilities as a shaman. Currently, What has been returned is that he can 'sense' souls, share memories, and has a low level ability to poke at emotions and help with pain (or cause it).

The biggest cross-canon element of this is his ability to sense souls. In his world this mostly just means being able to tell, if he tries, if someone is possessed by a demon/touched by a god and a sort of sense for emotions, though this is vague and unreliable.
